The formula “Satisfied or Reimbursed” provides for the replacement of products in the package and not in accordance with the description, other than the order. The reimbursement of the amount is done on the simple request of the customer.

Right of withdrawal.

Pursuant to art. 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, in the matter of distance selling, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations.

To exercise this right, the customer must send by registered letter A.R. a communication to that effect within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The goods must then be returned at the care and expense of the customer within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
We will refund the entire amount paid (excluding shipping costs) after having verified the integrity of the goods.

Shipping and tracking.

Shipments are made by express courier using the standard shipping system.
Our courier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.
The products are carefully packaged by experts in the field. Upon delivery of the package always check for any signs of tampering or damage by signing with reserve, any complaints will be contested directly to the carrier.
